Cancellation / Return / Refund Policy

  • Cancellation requests are reviewed based on order stage, product category, and whether dispatch or customization has already started.
  • Returns are not guaranteed for all product categories and may be reviewed case by case depending on product condition and delivery status.
  • Approved refunds, if any, are processed after store verification and may take a minimum of 7 working days to reflect, depending on payment mode and bank processing timelines.
  • Damage caused by misuse, mishandling after delivery, or non-standard usage may not be eligible for return or refund.
  • Customized, special-order, or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once processing has started.
